ACINI DE PEPE SALAD… “FROG EYES”
1 1/2 cup Pasta (Acini de Pepe)
1 large can pineapple
1 medium can Mandarin oranges
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 eggs
1 8 ounce Cool Whip
Drain juices in pan. Mix with sugar, flour and eggs.
Cook slowly until thickened.
Cool
Mix with cooked pasta and chill overnight.
Mix with fruit and cool whip.
