FROZEN
CRANBERRY SALAD
8 ounce package cream cheese (I
use fat free)
1
cup sugar
Juice
of one lemon or 2 tablespoons lemon juice
1
package cranberry-orange Relish (frozen)
1/2
cup chopped nuts
2
1/2 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
8 ounce container cool whip (I use fat free)
Mix together cream
cheese, sugar and lemon juice.
Add relish, nuts and pineapple.
Fold cool whip into
mixture.
Freeze
