CRUSHED PINEAPPLE SALAD


1 large can pineapple

1 package lemon jell-o
10 ounce carton cool whip
1/2 cup salad dressing
1/2 cup celery
 
Drain juice from can of pineapple.
Add water to juice make one cup add jell-o. 
Heat almost to boiling point.  
Dissolve jello and let cool and thickened but not set.

Beat together jell-o and cool whip until stiff.  
Stir in salad dressing.
Add diced celery and  pineapple and blend well.

Pour into mold.
Chill until firm.
