Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
Grease 9 X 13 pan.
1 cup pecans
1 cup coconut
German Chocolate Cake Mix
8 ounces softened cream cheese
2 sticks melted margarine
1 box confectioner sugar
Sprinkle pecans and coconut in bottom of prepared pan.
Mix German Chocolate Cake according to box.
Pour over nuts and coconut.
Mix cream cheese, margarine, confectioner sugar.
Pour over cake.
Bake 50 minutes.
