2/3 cup evaporated milk                
1 2/3 cups sugar                    
1/2 teaspoon salt                    

1 (10 ounce) pkg peanut butter morsels
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
                
Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan. 
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes; remove from heat. 

Add remaining ingredients; stir until smooth. 
Pour into 8X8 inch buttered pan.
